Tuesday, July 10. Milagros: Portal Culture. Milagros Project is a Florida-based artist collective, comprised of mainstays Felici Asteinza, Alvin Fillastre, Evan Galbicka, and Elestial Sounds, who construct site-specific installations that integrate visual, performance, music, and participatory arts. For the visual component, they will begin building an installation at the Freedom Tower on June 26, and will remain on display through July 27. The event is free and open to the public.
